I purchased the hair for a full head sew-in, which was beautifulWhen I went to a professional salon in New Orleans to get my hair washed for the first time since installation, the hair started matting togetherThe owner of the salon, put shampoo on it and it got worseShe rinsed the shampoo out and put conditioner on it trying to unmat itShe tried to brush it with a paddle brush to no availShe had to cut the hair out of my head!!!! When I contacted the company they sent a patronizing telling me how to comb and detangle the hairThere is a huge difference between tangles and a mass that could not be combed or brushed throughIn all the years of wearing weaves, this has NEVER happened to me!!!! I normally buy Janet Remy hair in the packages from the beauty supply stores, but opted to buy bundles instead because I had previous purchased clips and was pleased, but this was ridiculous and unacceptable!!! Then they said they would give me a 5% discount, which increased to 8% after I sent pictures and a video of this incidence! I replied I wanted a full refund and an apology for the patronizing email and sub-quality hairThey replied their manager stated they would not go against their policy and would go no higher than 8%That is not even sales tax, let alone the cost of this cheap hair! I would not recommend them to anyone because they are not accountable for their products [redacted]

Review: I placed an order with the company on 1/**/2015, they sent my order# [redacted]. Stating that it has been processed . They said I could track the order, but they never sent a tracking #. The have no working phone #'s and I've sent 5 emails and not one response from them. So I went to check my order status and it stated order shipped, then as I read on it stated order canceled due to lack of product not being available. But they have debited my account of $64.05. I think this business may be fraudulent, please check into this. Review: I placed an order with this online company and received it on 8/*/14 and the shipping actually beat the tracking system. I was not satisfied with my order. I sent an email to them on 8/*/14 which stated on their website that all returns must contact them through email for a return address whithin 7 days, which I did. I got one response from someone asking me what was the problem on 8/*/14. I told them that the hair they sent was thinner that I thought and that it also was shedding when I was just feeling the hair with my fingers. I also asked for the return address.

I have sent 3 additional emails to them asking them to send me the return address and they will not respond. I told them that I was aware that the return policy stated that I had to pay a restock fee on 15% and I don't understand why a business would not honor their own return policy stated on their website. I also stated that I would not have made a purchase from them if I knew that they do have a return policy what so ever.

I don't believe they will ever respond or send a email address to this date or after. I would like for other people to know that they will not be able to return their purchase as stated on their website and it is ashame that they run their business without honoring their own policy.Desired Settlement: I feel that they should honor their return policy or take it off the website. I hope to get some resolution but not sure if these people will ever let me return for a refund

Review: I placed an ordered with the company online via their website besthairbuy.com I never received any confirmation from the company that the order was being processed but my credit card was charged in the amount of $594.49. I tried to reach out to the company several times in regardss to canceling the order and refunding my payment but I never received a reply back. I reached out to [redacted] concerning the issue and finally received a message via [redacted]. The company still today has not made any attempts to refund my payment and this is very upsetting because they put policies in place but are not following them. I have proof of every attempt that was made on my behalf and their reply. Recently I attempted to reach out to them once again and still no reply. I truly believe the company is a scam.Desired Settlement: I would simply like my full payment refunded without any deductions. I also would like others to be made aware of lack of fulfillment on their behalf.

Review: I frequently purchase hair products online and I found their website. It seemed legit, they had the different online signs at the bottom of the page which I typically trust such as Verisign, Paypal, etc. Anytime that I have seen that on a site it works out for me. So I went ahead and selected my product, gave them my debit card information, my address, name, username, password, etc. I even paid a little extra for shipping which they indicated they were offering the shipping at 40% off. Then I received several emails indicating that they were same company but they use a different name for billing, etc. and to make sure I look for that when checking my bank account online. It seemed pretty safe. I even got an email with an invoice confirmation. I purchased my order Oct. [redacted] and I show that my account was debited as Oct. [redacted] Then what struck me as odd was the fact that I didn't receive a shipping notification. I paid for 4-7 day shipping and it had been 4 days since my order, Friday Oct. [redacted], so I logged in to see what had happened. It indicated my order number and the status as "Processed". At the top of the website it indicates you can track your order so I put in my order number "[redacted]" and for tracking information it lists "none" which was very odd to me. I tried it several times and the same result. Typically when I make a purchase online I can easily track things and usually it has a legitimate tracking number but I figured since this was an international site I thought maybe the order number would look different. I figured it was international because I saw the additional ISA fee listed on bank account online. Regardless, I noticed that their online chat box came up so I immediately inquired about my order to which the rep told me not to worry. I got the feeling it was an international rep too because of the way in which he wrote. There appeared to be a language barrier. I was able to confirm with the rep that my order would be shipped the next dayDesired Settlement: I have reported this business to Facebook as a complete and total scam so as to warn future consumers and to the authorities.

Review: I placed an order with this company on Friday, June **, 2014. I paid with my debit card and received an e-mail that my order was in "processing". I checked the order status again on Monday and it was changed to "warehouse" meaning that "Your order has been sent to our warehouse to check for availability" (per company website). However, my complaint is that this status has been ongoing for the past four days with no updates whatsoever. I contacted the company via e-mail on Thursday, June **, 2014, since they have no listed phone number. Twenty-four hours have passed and I still have had no response. I just would like to know whether or not my order will be shipped in the next few days. If not, I want my money back (since my order fulfilled). Obviously someone is affiliated with the company since my order when from "processing" to "warehouse"Desired Settlement: At this point, if the company is not going to mail my order, I would like a refund so that I will never have to do business with them again.

Review: I wrote a complaint about this company and requested a refund shortly after ordering my hair extensions from their website in January [redacted], 2016, at that time I could not receive tracking and/or shipping information regarding the order. that I placed and paid for.

Ultimately after writing my complaint with the Revdex.com I 'magically" did receive the order. The Hair seemed pretty, shiny right out of the packaging, but after I tried to use it, brushed it (with a brush made for extensions) I noticed it was AWFUL,! Immediately began shedding all over & I also noticed how Thin it became! I figured for the price and after all the hassle, I would just try to make it work out... Ultimately I Hated this hair so badly, that I simply threw it away after trying to use if for only 1 Week! Since then, I had went back to my normal brand and purchased my "Usual Go To Extensions" and been again happy with my hair.

However... I was randomly checking my bank account today (02.**.2016) , due to paying bills and for other services, and noticed...

This Company, Best Hair Buy (AKA Pin Style) HAS BEEN CHARGING MY DEBIT CARD CONTINUOUSLY AS AN ATM DEBIT!!! So far... 3 Charges in total (One is showing pending tomorrows date) 2 COMPLETELY UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS!!!

I NEVER signed up for any type of "Recurring Charges/Merchandise" (I don't even think there is an option for that). I have NOT been back on this Companies Website NOR had any communications with them since ordering/Finally receiving my order from January [redacted], 2016 (which totaled $81.67!!

However this "Company" has charged my card on 02/**/2016 for $129.99

and another "Pending Transactions" is showing to post on 02/**/2016 for $19.98

I have sent the Company and Email today in regards to ALL 3 Transactions at this point, Including the 1 that was actually authorized initially and I have notified my bank, however with it being Sunday... I have not yet received ANY responses!!

This is CLEAR FRAUD!!!!!

Again, I will enclose the email addresses that I have for this company.
