Mr [redacted] purchased a Ford Focus from Best Buy Here Pay Here on October 16, from our May Ave locationMr *** made a payment on October he never made another payment we had to look for him for mont hsOn February 1ih Mr [redacted] ca led and told us where to find our vehicleHis account was unintentionally showing as an openaccount it has been changedto show as a voluntary repos_sessionIt will not be removed from his credit report and he is not being charged late fees as we don't charge late fees

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am surely a customer every week when you accept my payment, when I spoke to the new manager he informed me that the whole team of people that work there when we bought our car have been fired so he is actually very aware of the situation but if I'm no longer a customer I guess I don't have to make my payment any longerAnd yes as part of the purchase agreement you guys paid for the first month of car insurance your worker called MetLife got them on the phone give them the information and then handed me the phone to get my information but like I said since I'm no longer a customer there I don't have to make a payment Sincerely, [redacted] ***
