[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do have a copy of the contract and I got in touched with [redacted] which is the Finance company, they advised me that it was the first time that a client actually complained for such matter Best Buy in Town Auto sales has the practice of making customers pay double taxes & registration fee if you don't pay attention, which an illegal practice done by many car dealersI have text messages and recorded conversation when I called them [redacted] informed that I was right to cancelled the check because this was part of my financing feesIf needed I will send a copy of the contract as well as textes and recorded phone conversations that I had with them at Best buy in Town Auto salesI am not the only customer in philadelphia that this company has done this to and if justice is not done they will continued to illegal practice such tactic with others Regards, [redacted]

March 15, 2016In reply to [redacted] complaint we were able to contact her and at this point right now we have the vehicle at the repair shop getting the transmission repaired and [redacted] is in a loaner vehicleWhen she purchased the vehicle in January & she brought it back there must have been intermediate problems cause when we test drove the vehicle at that point we did not find any failure at the timeCustomer satisfaction is very important to us, at this point we are repairing the vehicle at no cost to the customer.Sincerely,Best Buy in town AutosKevin S

June 8,2016In response to [redacted] , he first purchased a [redacted] however he was not satisfied with the vehicle after having it for a weekWe then were able to switch him into a [redacted] ***, which he was approved for financing [redacted] signed all the paperwork and we forwarded everything to the finance companyWe then received a call from [redacted] Auto Finance that they spoke with [redacted] and he did not wish to move forward with financing this vehicleThe loan was approved and was never denied financing, however [redacted] changed his mindWe work very hard to satisfy our customersWe spent numerous hours on getting [redacted] into a dependable & reliable vehicle, however he changed his mind and did not want to finance a vehicle not that we were not able to get him approved for financingWe do not feel he is entitled to all monies back, he was in two different vehicles for over weeksIt cost money to sell a vehicle we would possibly agree on a partial refund

Do not do business with this companyThere staff is very unprofessional and unpleasantWhen entering the establishment we were not greeted, all the workers just stood there and did not acknowledge our presenceWe then asked for Allen or Allan and he told us to have a seat in his officeHe came in and we addressed our issue, Allen then told my nephew to be a man and that he should not have brought me(AUNT) up the the dealer ship, if they had already address the issueI told Allen that the reason why my nephew brought me up to the dealership is because he did not feel comfortable with the deal that was made between them twoAllen eventually got up to exit the office as I was still talking and slammed the door in my faceHe then told me that he was going to bring his wife up to the dealershipPossibly a threat Allen was very rude and distastefulHe lied to me about being the owner, got extremely loud and confrontational, and stormed out as if my issue wasn't important to himOverall the customer service at this establishment s***

May 25, 2016In response to *** *** *** complaint, he came into our lot on 04/14/and he filled out a credit application, which on his credit application he stated he was employed at his job for monthsOn 04/16/*** *** came in to purchase the vehicle at which time he brought his
current proof of income dated pay period 03/21/to 04/03/, it showed a year to date gross with taxes deductedThe deal was approved contingent on proper documents being submitted to the finance company, *** *** agreed to all the terms, signed ail the paperwork and paid the balance of the down payment in the amount of $in cash and gave a check for the amount of $to Penndot, When the finance company went to verify employment with his employer they stated he was not a Wemployee and the he actually was a 10-employee and only worked with the company for one month not four as *** *** had statedThe current employer went one step further and faxed a copy of his real pay stubIt is very unfortunate that this occurred however this is no fault of oursWe work very hard to help our customers** *** was the one that submitted fraudulent documentsThe vehicle was returned with $worth of front end damageSo at this time we do not feel *** *** should be entitled to any refundPlease see enclosed documents.Best Buy In AutoKevin S

Best Buy In Town. We asked her to return the vehicle; she did not want to bring the vehicle back and actually brought in 3 men that tried bullying our finance manager. She left and continued to drive the vehicle. After several conversations with Kevin S[redacted] the Finance Manager, she agreed to return the vehicle and agreed on Best Buy In Town refunding only $2449.00 on her credit card. [redacted] drove the 2012 [redacted] for 21 days. We have to pay someone to detail and prepare it for resale, We gave her back her trade that we paid to have detailed and prepared for resale and $20.00 in gas and the $2449.00, guess she is asking for a free car for 21 days and all her money back. I am sorry but we do not give cars out for free. Her money was refunded, it took the credit card company longer than normal because she was using different credit cards and the bank then got a red flag on the account. We had trouble issuing her credit but it was completed. This change of cards created a hold on all of our accounts and was a major inconvenience.Honestly, I know you can't please everyone all the time but this is not our fault. Fraudulent paystubs created her problem.

December 22, 2015To whom it may concern,[redacted] purchased vehicle on 10/23/2015. His contract & Down payment were explained thoroughly at the time of purchase, The contract stated his Down Payment was $3,350 to which $1,350 was to be a check for his sales taxes to be made out to Penndot...

(As you can dearly see below he made the check out and signed the check for the said amount of $1,350). At time of sale the contract was explained numerous times and the customer knew his check would be sent to Penndot to be cashed. Customer called in and we explained this numerous times and we went over exactly what was told to him on the day of purchase and he understood why he wrote the check and why it would be sent to Penndot. We sent his check to the state with proper insurance and registration paperwork to be processed. Apparently [redacted] did not have the fund in his account when he wrote the check.Sincerely

submitted incorrect information to Wisdom Bank as well as Capitol Insurance Company. I paid additional fees that was not recorded as well as reported. My car was taken for 7days past due and the Wisdom Financial submitted a repossession and increased cost on my credit report.

Review: Car purchased needed repair after 1 week of driving. Car back fired and skipped when you put your foot on gas. latch on lift gate broken, cigarette lighter hanging out of console. Dealer ([redacted]) stated he would have items repaired. Car was dropped off at dealership 2 times for same repairs. When car was dropped off 2nd time my mileage was 87,668 when car was picked up my mileage was 87,762 (did take pictures) someone at the dealership put 88 miles on car while it was in for repairs. I was not given an invoice showing the repairs were completed or what the problem was.Desired Settlement: refund my money or repair the car correctly.

Review: on 10/18/13 I was driving with my children, and in-laws in my truck when my break line broke and I was not able to stop my vehicle, in which me and my father in law push the truck to the nearest [redacted] where I paid to find out what was wrong with the vehicle they gave me a print out and explained to me that my vehicle needed a lot of work done due to corrosion under the truck where all my pipes had to be replace, they ask me if my vehicle was in a flood or from jersey in which I didn't know, the amount of the work [redacted] was charging me was $1000 so I call bestbuy in town and spoke to [redacted] where he ask if I could get my truck to his mechanic to look at it, so I did I talk to his mechanic and he told me yes there's a lot of rusted pipes for it to be a 2003 and for you to only have it for a year he said that the work it will due is only the break line and caliberts in which that cot $1000 so I ask him about the pipes because they needed to be replace and that a danger he aid that's what he was told to do, so I call [redacted] and he told that his mechanic will do the brake line and spray rustnoleene on the pipes in which I said that's not safe for me or my family and that im not satisfied with that so he said that all he can offer meDesired Settlement: I want the work done without me paying out my pocket on parts that shouldn't have this problems
