It began with me going to a car dealership to buy a carThe dealership was requesting a “booking Number” in order for the vehicle to be release to meWhen I called my then Insurance “Best Buy Insurance”, to obtains the booking numberBest Buy informed me that in order to get the booking numberI would have to buy the Insurance on the car; as car that mind you was not ours yetSo we went ahead and paid $for liability on a car that was not oursSo fast forward to the car dealershipFor one reason or another, we ended up not getting the carWe call Best Buy Insurance back to get a full refund backThen they proceed to tell us that they could only give us credit or we would have to wait three weeks for our money back ($250.00)So I agree on waiting the three weeksBut, here’s where the dilema beginsWe called on a Sunday and there was no supervisors to begin the processThey ask me to call back the next day (Monday)It’s past two weeks and they have been giving me the

Review: I went to update my insurance and exchange a vehicle with another vehicle. Policy number [redacted] under Alliance united insurance. Alliance auto insurance charges 187.92 but Best Buy insurance broker charged me $450.00. They said that it was what Alliance insurance was charging but it was a lie because they told me it should only be 187.92 . Best Buy does not want to issue me a refund despite this blatant robbery of an American citizen.Desired Settlement: I would like partial or full amount refunded to me. I am not interested in doing business with Best Buy or their service.
