I was invited to the offices of the dealership on 4/24/with assurance to have the issues resolvedUpon arrival, the manager *** said he wanted to resolve the issue*** informed me that the dealership could not resolved the mechanical problem with the car and decided not to continue business with meHe said that the dealership would refund my full down payment and close the account with American Credit Acceptance the bank that funded the payment for my carHe give me an agreement stating confirming our discussion to signAfter signing the agreement, they immediately refused to adhered to it refusing me demand to rip the agreement because it was signed under pretenseI don't have the car and the bank continue to called me for payment with the last called from the bank coming on 4/30//

regarding a purchase made on 2/6/,*** *** Complaint id : *** *** *** returned
here at best buy after several weeks with the
*** he purchased with a loud noise coming from the front of the vehicle , we examined the car and found that he had hit something - bottomed out the car which broke the exhaust
piping causing damage to other parts of the car We extended a courtesy to *** *** to fix the car and return
it to him at no cost , which are not covered in the warranty given to *** *** at the time of sale , (Damage Caused EXHAUST-Alternator )
we have been in contact with the customer ** *** returned the car voluntarily stating that he no longer wanted the car, More
than days after Purchase,we have worked with him to avoid Voluntary Repossession and keep the vehicle Making his paymentsAt this time *** has caused damage to this vehicle and is trying to hold the dealer responsible for the damages he causedwe have been in contact
with the customer to let him know that the vehicle is ready for pick up and he can continue to make his monthly payments as scheduled to avoid repossession
he must pick up the vehicle by 3/13/

I am rejecting this response because:
On April 2nd 2015 I received a phone call from Christ stating that "the car was ready to be picked up." I said to him that I was working until 6 so I would not be able to pick up the car until then. Christ gives me at call at 6 to tell me that he needs me to sign some papers then I can go pick the car up from a shop called [redacted] located  [redacted] Phila,Pa [redacted] . I am on my way to Christ so I can sign these papers not to mention that it was almost 8 pm and I am meeting up with this guy that continues to call to harass me about these papers he needs signed. We meet at a local [redacted] on [redacted] where Christ insist on me signing the papers for the Revdex.com and after this I go to pick up my car from the shop. When I get to the shop no surprise that my car was still being worked on the mechanic said that he still needed at least 3 more days with my car because he had to order the motor mounts. I call Christ and tell him how I feel about being played games with. The gentleman at the shop tells me that he had just stated working on my car because they were working on a [redacted] from best buy imports that a customer also returned because they were having problems on April 2nd the mechanic said that Christ told him to work on the [redacted] and "f[redacted] the [redacted]." The mechanic showed me the welded exhaust pipe that was taken off of the [redacted] which I now have personal pictures of and I also have a recording for evidence of everything the mechanic has told me about not only my car but best buy imports. I have also requested recordings of the actual phone conversations that I had with Christ on April 2nd 2015 from my phone provider.
