Best Buy Pools

We purchased a complete 27' X 52" pool set up from the above mentioned pool supplier September 2015. The pool was installed on September 20 and September 21, 2015. The pool wall had a large scratch on it. We attempted to call [redacted] but were not able to reach him. The installer, [redacted] (Mr. [redacted] who installs pools for Mr. [redacted]) told us not to worry about it that it would be taken care of. When the liner was unboxed it had a lot of sand on it. Again we tried to contact Mr. [redacted] and could not reach him. It was clear that we had been sent a used liner. We were told by the installer that the liner was fine and they kept installing. We had ordered the water based on Mr. [redacted]'s timeline. It was dark when the water was delivered. The next day I discovered there were 82 hole in the liner, all located along the top of the liner. Mr. [redacted] finally called us back and assured us he would take care of this. He did in fact send us a new pool wall and a new liner. He also said he would have the new pool wall reinstalled along with the new liner. He also stated that he would save the $900.00 worth of water. For what it is worth I have a recording of him telling me that. To this date this has not been done. We have called, texted, emailed and he doesn't even show us the courtesy of an acknowledgement in any fashion. Further to the issues we have experienced, the winter cover split down the seam. I called, texted, emailed him on February 17 and again on the 20th about the cover. He did respond on February 21st via text asking for a picture of the cover and that he would speak with the company. I sent that to him and he said he was waiting for the company to email him back. I texted him again on February 27, March 15 and March 18. As of today, June 15th we have heard nothing. We had to replace the cover because we could not continue to wait on him. Next the pump was now working properly. It is important to note at this point I had requested, on numerous occasions, all the warranty information on all the items we had purchased. Of course that has never been given to me. I texted and emailed him on May 16th about the pump. He did answer the email and sent me the information to have the pump replaced at a cost of $45.00 but offered no help in taking care of this.
