recall that the rear hatch would not open. Normally, we would not get involved in a repair with the rear hatch not opening but we did it as a courtesy to the customer. As far as the customers' "missing tools & jack", we have our own automotive jacks, lifts and tools that we use to perform any work that is needed, we do not use any customers tools or jacks. Our technicians are trained professionals and are instructed not to adjust or play with the controls in a customers car, so if any controls were changed, we do apologize. We feel that we provided a service at a fair cost to this customer. We apologize to the customer if she is not satisfied, but since this happened over 3 monThs ago, and we were not aware of an issue regarding this complaint, we are not responsible for her missing tools or a refund. Business response was taken via phone by ** at Revdex.com.Mike [redacted] stated his business has its own standardized tools and does not use the tools of its customers.Mike said he is confident the consumer's tools were not used by his mechanics.Mike said he doesn't want the consumer to be unhappy or dissatisfied and he would be open to refunding her $27.00, the cost charged to repair her tire (as a goodwill gesture).
