I am rejecting this response...

because:Aloha,  "Thank You... Very Much!" for the response.  The same advertisement (as the Valpac) is on www.bestbuytireshawaii.com website.  It's our strong opinion the ad is clearly deceptive.  First, the quotes don't match what our online tire quotes are; as an example, the quote for the 205/55/16 - from our website tire quote tool on  [redacted] is as our 205/55R16 91H at $401.96 (before tax), NOT the $539.96 as shown on Best Buy Tires Hawaii’s ad.  No tire brands are given on the bestbuytireshawaii.com website ad.  No speed rating is given.  No load index is given.  No Mileage warranty is shown.  It’s clearly deceptive to pick a competitors more expensive tire in a selected tire size, to compare with bestbuytireshawaii.com’s entry level tire brand.   It’s also deceptive to apply all current offers to Best Buy Tires Hawaii’s tire quote but not to do so for the competitor they are comparing themselves to. For the ad to not be deceptive; the tire speed rating, the tire’s load index rating, the tires mileage warranty, the tire brand and tire model should be shown and all applicabale current offers should be applied AND if prices are shown as installed prices, then their back up tires service should be comparable as well (or have a disclaimer that the future back up service may vary per company).  This is the only way to compare apples to apples with various tire brands and models in a selected tire size.  Then the price shown should also be verifiable by a third party.    [redacted] tire prices can be found quickly on [redacted].  Best Buy Tires Hawaii web site does not show the visitor tire brands, models, mileage warranties or tire load indexes.   We are asking that our companies name and incorrect quote be removed.  If it is not, we will be forced to turn this concern over to our legal department.
