This company is over charging for foot insert I just got a bill on 6/30/it was from a visit last year 3/29/They are want me to pay $for some cheap insoles, I know don't cost no more than $The woman in billing said my insurance company denied the claimI asked did the company check with my insurance for coverage, before making themShe said yes but didn't tell they wanted coveredNo way I would have gotten the insertsI have been to different foot doctors since, that's the first thing they tell the nurse to find out coverage and let you know the outcome by going forwardI have been at same address for yearsWhy I'm just getting a bill year and months later, no answer

Don't know where to start! I purchased a *** from them from the start it had issuesOne side of the heat worked while the other side blew out air when both should of blew out heatWater leaked inside when you get a car washWindshield wipers come on unexpectedly and powerseat worked when it wanted toHeadlights came on and offAll of which should of been taken care of but everytime I tried to schedule an appointment I could never get it inI purchased a winns warranty with extra coverage that the manager sweared by! When I told him of the problems that it was having again he said the owner said this could of happen while I was driving it!! Just spent over for the electrical problems that it had and the company told me this was an issue for awhile and the dealership should of seen thisIt had a panel piece that was off the dealership ordered the piece but I could never get it scheduled in for them to put it on!!! This is the second car I've purchased from them and I would never buy another one from them a day in my life nor Recommend them to anyone!!!! The manager had every excuse in the book but when it came to me buying it he was a different person lol!! I was a finance manager in the car business for over 10yrs and I've never sold a bad car to anyone and if I promised something I made sure to do it!! Your name is all you have but with this company I guess it doesn't matter!!!! By the way I only drove the truck on the weekends so how could it happen while I'm driving it ***!!

The bank they work through is great and helpful, but their inventory and prices are the worstOr maybe I just got one pulled over on meTheir is ONE manager that is as helpful as he can be, but the others are pure salesmen with no honest intentions whatsoeverI purchased my first "financed" vehicle from this place years agoIt was a *** ***, I up kept the vehicle and repaired minor things on the car as expected with a used carThen I glanced over the contractHAThe car they advertised at about a third of what they put on my credit was what I found(my own fault should have read it) well after having the vehicle for not even a full year the transmission slipped in the vehicleNeedless to say at first they offered NO help, after calling back to back for a week and paying for rides a day, they offered to repair my car for or put me into a different vehicle for Well after taking the vehicle to my mechanic I discovered that the car was in an accident and they failed to mention that so I chose option two and was told that my payments from the first vehicle would be merged into the new vehicleLIENot only did that not happen they also said the new car which was a *** would be the same price, LIEWell after reviewing my credit again the new car is thousands of dollars MORE and theirs a new agreement started, I asked BEFORE choosing this car if it was in an accident, the reply was no, LIE well it wasTook it to a mechanic and not only was it in an accident, their is an oil leak that was patched up by white tape that will be a total of to fix and the drive shaft is also bad which is another The alternator is weak in the car and will need replacing soon and I discovered today that their is a wire issue in the car because ALL of the cigarette lighters stopped working and the ashtray won't closeI would NEVER recommend buying a car from here againI will never make a split decision againI advise that everyone think twiceAt least be honest and let a person know what they are getting intoDon't lie your way through a saleAnd they expect that I continue paying for this car

This place is the worst place off all they sell cars that been in major accidents I buyed a Toyota scion 2009 in March and on the 6 of November my engine blew in three places Toyota specialist told me that it was impossible for that to happen its a lemon they rip ppl off please share this with others so it don't happen to anyone els

Salespeople need to be more honest with their customers. I had never gone car shopping before and was ignorant when it came to the shopping procedures. When I said I wanted to check out other dealerships before I make any final decisions, I was ignored. I was brushed off and had all my information checked so that my credit was damaged and only told so after the fact. I was told "THE" bank, as in only one, was checked and that I shouldn't go look anywhere else because they'll check my credit with other banks and damage it further and cause me to get less of a deal. Little did I know, Best Buy Used Cars checked at least two banks and damaged my credit (along with my boyfriend's which is funny because we were told only my name and information was checked). My boyfriend and I only found this information out when Chase bank mailed us each a letter telling us that Best Buy Used Cars had contacted them. We also found out that the car was not worth $10,900 (the asking price) nor was it worth $8,000 (what we paid). Chase was only willing to go up to $7,000 for the car loan. I was told we were getting a great deal. I was told this is an amazing price, but after the letter from Chase and after issues with the car, I believe Best Buy Used Cars ripped me off. They gave me crappy wipers and I immediately had to do an oil change when I got the car, which I was willing to overlook. However, it is now telling me that I need to check the traction, and the starter key, one of the selling points, does not even work. The dashboard lights flicker on and off every now and then. I do not feel like I got my money's worth at all. My boyfriend and I do not trust anyone at Best Buy Used Cars after this experience and we will tell everyone that asks about this business our story. We won't add our opinions in or try to sway people, we will let our story speak for itself. I hope the sales team steps up their game with customers if they actually want people to return. They are very friendly, but need to work on their honesty. I don't respect anyone or any businesses that just see me as potential money.
