Hello again I recently got sold off the company and they should be sending out my chair asap! Thanks for your help and I may have to speak to you again soon but I think it's all set

Although I have yet to receive a phone call or an email from the company in question, I verified yesterday that they returned $125 back to my account, the amount I was seeking for.
I'm satisfied with the outcome, at this point the complaint can be closed.

Review: I ordered massage equipment (portable massage chair) when my online order was complete I was surprised that I did not receive a trans#,or confirmation. I was charged $135.00 bank trans. Review: On October 2, 2014 at approximately 7am I ordered a massage table on bestbuysmassage.com. The website claimed the following "availability: usually ships the next business day" I was hopeful that the massage table would ship the next business day and that became the only reason I purchased the table, on the same day. I received an email confirming my purchase.On October 3, 2014, I confirmed that $125 for the massage table had been taken out of my bank account. The email confirmation claimed that I would be able to track my purchase after they received payment, however, as of October 16, 2014, I have not been able to track my order.On October 8, 2014 at approximately 4:30pm, I called ###-###-####, the number listed on my email confirmation and spoke with a representative. I told the representative I wanted to know the status on my order the representative looked it up and told me I would be receiving my order in three days. On October 13, 2014 at approximately 3:45pm I left a voicemail message on the above listed phone number explaining the same thing I'm writing on this email and added that I no longer wanted the massage table that I wanted my money returned to my bank account and for someone to call me at my phone number. On October 14, 2014, I emailed the company with a similar complaint as this. I have not received a phone call or an email from anyone in that company.I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and wish to be reimbursed it immediately.Thank you,[redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: I have not received the massage table and wish to be reimbursed my $125 dollars immediately.

Review: I thought that it was settled where I woukd be getting my chair from them but that was over a month ago and now they have gone back to not answering their phone. All I want not is just for them to give the money back. Please help me.Desired Settlement: The chair was $105.00 just about, all I want is that money back.

This order is for a different name: [redacted]. I don't know if it is same customer. The amount seems right for the chair only. the customer also ordered face cradle covers which were shipped US Mail. I will check the availability of the chair and get back to you.

Review: I ordered 3 barber chairs from Best Buys Massage. The 3 chairs arrived to my home address in 3 separate boxes. When I opened the boxes, 2 of the chairs were in good condition. The 3rd barber chair had a rip in the vinyl seat covering in the seat of the chair. I spoke to someone in the company informing them of the defective chair. I was told to email a picture to the company email address and they would send instructions on how to return the chair. The company never sent the instructions. I made multiple attempts to call the company. The company appeared to have two business names, Best Buy Massage and [redacted]. I called and emailed both companies multiple times. I said that if they would not respond to enable me to exchange the chair, that I would contact the Revdex.com. To this day, I never received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to contact the company on my behalf to enable me to exchange the barber chair for a non defective chair. If they refuse to exchange the chair, then I want a refund. If they refuse to respond to the Revdex.com, I want my complaint to be made available to Revdex.com customers.

Review: My friend ordered me a massage chair online. Despite our calls and emails not a single rep has tried to call back and let us know what's going on with the delivery of my chair. It's been just about a month now and not a word about whether or not is even being delivered. It was a certified website so I don't understand why they think they can get away with this! Please help me.Desired Settlement: Either I just want the money back or my chair either way.
