Plumber did show up in the 2 hour window. I had called to have My sewer cleaned out (snaked). He took the rotor out of the truck, that was so small that I as 65 year old woman could have picked it up with one hand. He forgot his extension cord, so I said I had one, and He let Me plug it in and bring it to him. He instantly brought up that he could use the camera, when I said it just needs cleaning out. He was on the phone most of the time talking to someone that he said 'I love you' to. He didn't run the line all the way to the back bathroom. When I told Him the front toilet wasn't clear yet, he said I need a new toilet. When the back toilet wasn't clear at the end, he said I needed another new toilet (that one is a new 'low-flush'). He brought in a dripping pipe with a snake in it, tried to put the pipe down the toilet, of course it wouldn't fit so again said I needed a new toilet. There was a lot more and whole thing was Bad, and he tried to talk his way through everything.

At the end I asked what I owed him, and the response was $165. I asked how he got that figure, I was quoted $95 on the phone. He changed the price after berating his secretary, and telling Me he is a plumber with experience. At the bottom of the invoice in BIG letters it said 'No Warranty'. I asked what that meant, that if the toilet still wasn't working tomorrow, he wouldn't come back? He said No, you have to pay for a warranty (maybe the words warranty and guarantee were confused?). I waited while he tried to figure out how to run the credit card for a long time, so I went down and picked up the hot extension cord that he left laying in wet grass under a dripping tree while lightening.... It goes on and on.
