Best Car Wash & Auto Detailing

on September ,one of our customer requested a hand wash for her car claiming that she took her car to body shop to sand paper and paint it and then after we finished hand washing her car she claimed that we cause a mark to her car; since we value our customers and try
our best for each one of them , to have good experience and leave with smiley face, I offered to fix it and have her car puff for free, even thought it was not our fault because there is no way for anybody to scratch the car by using soft fabric, besides we have excellent staff. she brought her car several days after that and we puffed , hand wax, and washed her car for free, she left so happy and after a month and a half she called and claimed, she had same problem and we have to fix it to her for free, at this point we had to stand for our business and refused to fix others faultthanks best car wash
