Orders were repeatedly cancelled erroneously I placed an order times between April [redacted] and April [redacted] Each time the order was cancelled, the last time without any notification When I contacted Free People customer service no explanation was provided I was later contacted via email and accused of failing to return an item which I had allegedly received a monetary refund for The recipient name in the email was not my name, and the product referenced was from [redacted] and did not match any order I had ever placed I explained this to the person the email had come from and she removed the hold on my account However, one of the items I wanted to order is now unavailable and I was unable to complete the order due to a company error I've easily spent thousands of dollars on Free People merchandise, so this was very upsetting especially because I received no real explanation or apology

Review: I paid for a full car wash and paid additional for shampoo'ed mats ($6.00 additional), when the car came out of the wash, the mats were still dirty and covered with leaves, obviously not even cleaned, I brought it to the attention of the [redacted]. She promptly dismissed me and walked away. When I told her that I paid an additional $6.00 to have the mats shampoo'ed, she told me it would cost $55.00 to have it done. I clearly paid additional to have the job done and was dismissed.
