includes a signed NO WARRANTY waiver when they provide parts, as we cannot guarantee these parts when not supplied by usIn your case, we notified you explicitly in person with a signed acknowledgment by you and by phone of: the possibility of condensation if we open up the seals, that there was a chance the seal wouldn’t be exact, and once again that we could not be responsible for parts you providedUpon acknowledgement of these issues, you instructed us to continue and do our best and to proceed with cautionAs part of our procedures, our technicians have to ensure all parts are accounted for before starting workYou can understand the difficulty in taking a car apart to begin work only to leave it non-operational while awaiting parts, which can delay you from getting your vehicle as well as taking up spaceWe notified you immediately upon finding out about the missing/faulty parts and waited for WEEKS (not days) for you to drop off yet another faulty itemTraditionally, most facilities charge storage fees for vehicles left for more than days if not being worked onHowever,your vehicle and satisfaction were our primary concernBy the time we received the correct part, weeks had gone by since you had originally dropped off your vehicleAbout a month after all is said and done, we readily acknowledge that while installed correctly, one of the projectors (again, with NO WARRANTY on it as noted from the beginning) was not aligned perfectly, as we had previously informed you ofFollowing our long-standing motto, we want to do whatever it takes to make it right, such as (but not limited to) re-doing it at no additional charge, replacing it, and/or a FULL REFUND even though NO WARRANTY was agreed uponAs you recall, you elected the full refund option when picking up your vehicle and both parties agreed to and have in writing the refund as settlement and release of liabilityAs you were told in person, ***, the offer still standsAny feedback or suggestions are always welcomeIf you’re willing to work with us, we’re willing to make it rightBest Regards, *** Best Care Auto

Upon acknowledgement of these issues, you instructed us to continue and do our best and to proceed with caution.
