Plumbing problem fixed
Larry from Best Care and his assistant fixed two plumbing problems fast. Both where professional! Very good doing business with a company who obviously cares about their customers.

First of all let me say that I realize most HVAC companies are very busy this time of year However, this does not give an excuse for poor customer service I have been scheduled times for the technician to come out between am - pm He never made it once within that time frameAs a matter of fact I am still waiting right now and it is 3: My complaint is not so much the tech but the office staff I never received a call to let me know the tech would be lateWhen I called and spoke with Andrea on multiple occasions she promised a call back but not once did she ever call back When I finally got her on the phone she left me on hold for minutes before I decided to hang up Again, I realize this is a busy season Communication is key and goes a long way in customer service This is something that is lacking in this office I will never recommend this company or their services to anyone

I was referred to this company by my realtor after a list of repairs was requested due to a home inspection Timing was critical in terms of getting the repairs done quickly to meet the deadline of my contract with the buyers of my home Although the technicians were professional, my interaction with the dispatchers and business office were highly unprofessional Because the plumber had to make several trips to complete the work required, I was told each time that the dispatcher would call me the next day to set up a return appointment and that never happened Each time I had to make a call to set up the return service calls In addition to that annoyance, the company would not send invoices in a timely manner, even after I repeatedly called to explain no invoices had been received as promised over and over Because of the unprofessional behavior demonstrated by the employees in the business office and extreme lack of customer service given, I will never recommend this company as a reputable service option

This company, Best Care H [redacted] Services, is very unethicalMy h [redacted] warranty company (F [redacted] A [redacted] H [redacted] B [redacted] Corporation) sent this company out to fix my natural gas water heater that was leakingA guy came out, looked at the unit and said it needed replacingHe said he would put in a work order and I would hear s*thing soonThree days later I hadn't heard from anyone so I called and was told they were waiting on the warranty company to give them permission to proceedI called the warranty company and was told I have to agree to the charges that were not covered under the warrantyI was then informed I would have to pay Best Care an additional $for a variety of uncovered workThe charges were $for a drain pan, $for water line modifications, $for disposal of old unit, $for permit, $for T and P modifications, and $for vent modificationsI immediately requested a second opinion from the warranty company and was refusedThey offered to give me "pay out" and let me find my own plumberThe pay out was $I knew that wasn't enough to cover the job but I also knew I could get the job done for less than the $Best Care was going charge me, so I took the "pay out"I called another plumber and was charged $for the entire job, including the water heaterThe job was a routine replacementThe $drain pan was not needed, it only needed a rubber washer and nut on the drain line that was not installed up properly when it was originally installedThe plumber said it was any easy thing to spotThe $waterline modifications were not needed, new heater was the exact size of the old unit with water lines going in the same placeThe $disposal fee was not needed, I kept the old unit to give to my friend who collects scrap and sells it The $permit only costs $Neither the new plumber or myself know what the $T and P modifications are The $vent modifications were a lie as well, as I mentioned earlier, the heater was exactly the same size as the old one and the original vent fit perfect The plumber did this job in 1/hours and said it was as easy routine replacement as he has ever done Best Care obviously tried to scam meI tried to call them to question their business practices but was told I need to talk to a supervisorThe supervisor, who I was told was "Tracy", never returned my callsGo figure Stay away from this company, they will rip you off!!

Excellent work! They are the best and most honest in Memphis! I recently had an ac problem with one of my unitsI contacted one of the other well known H VAC companies in Memphis that I had used previouslyThey came out and told me that I would need to replace my entire unit, no other real optionsThen quickly had a sales person come over to go over new unit optionsNot wanting to spend almost $to replace one unit I called Best Care Home Services for a second opinionThey came out and diagnosed the problemThe unit did not have to be replaced! It was quickly repaired and we have once again been enjoying cool airThe parts were replaced by a knowledgeable and polite gentlemanThat phone call saved me well over $6000! Call Best Care Home Services first for your AC work

We just had a terrible experience with Best CareDo NOT use themThrough our home warranty, Best Care was contracted to fix our AC, which was not workingWe went days without AC in weatherThe technician did fix one leak, but neglected to fix a secondary leakWe lost all the Freon that was put in after it was 'fixed' the first timeWhen we called Best Care to send someone back out to fix the secondary leak, they said NOWe are still without AC and out the money for the Freon and the service callSecondly, a coil in another unit needs replacingBest Care said they'd submit paperwork to the warranty company to have that coil replaced - a day later, we still have not heard anything about when the coil will be replacedWe will NEVER do business with Best Care again

I want to send a HUGE shout out to Brian R*** and Best Home Heating and Air The other night my heat was not working I put a call into these guys on Wednesday night and even though they were closed I got a call from the owner Brian R*** @ 7:30pm to help me trouble shoot the issue to see if we could at least get it working somewhat until he could get a crew there With his knowledge and me knowing nothing about furnaces, he walked me through it and we got it fixedNot only did it get fixed, I got another phone call from Brian at 9:15pm that night to check in on us to make sure it was still working If that is not customer service I don't know what is!!!! No wonder they won #memphismost If you need help with any heating or air issues, I would call these guys ASAP, they are the real deal

Three days later I hadn't heard from anyone so I called and was told they were waiting on the warranty company to give them permission to proceed. I knew that wasn't enough to cover the job but I also knew I could get the job done for less than the $885 Best Care was going charge me, so I took the "pay out". Best Care obviously tried to scam me. I tried to call them to question their business practices but was told I need to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor, who I was told was "Tracy", never returned my calls. Go figure.
Stay away from this company, they will rip you off!!

I have been scheduled 3 times for the technician to come out between 10 am - 2 pm. He never made it once within that time frame. As a matter of fact I am still waiting right now and it is 3:36.

My complaint is not so much the tech but the office staff. I never received a call to let me know the tech would be late. When I called and spoke with Andrea on multiple occasions she promised a call back but not once did she ever call back. When I finally got her on the phone she left me on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to hang up.

Again, I realize this is a busy season. Communication is key and goes a long way in customer service. This is something that is lacking in this office. I will never recommend this company or their services to anyone.

This company might do fine work, but there is no way to tell since you cannot get them on the phone. Their "Emergency Line" never answers, and even when you call during business hours you spend an incredible amount of time on hold. I should have received a call before 12 PM on Monday. I received a call at 3 PM and spent an hour trying to call back, to no avail. Then I called at 10 AM on Tuesday and was on hold forever; even the Home Depot referral agents couldn't get them on the phone. Then I was told the earliest someone could come out was Wednesday. Meanwhile, I have had no hot water since Sunday. So much for same-day service, so much for customer service. Very, very frustrating company to deal with.
