Went into this place looking for tileAt first they were real nice and helpful, but once we told them how much tile we needed (under 100sq/ft) that was it, they basically blew us off after that and here is howWe left and came back after shopping around other places and when we entered the store we waited around for about minutes before anyone asked us if we needed helpWe said "yes" and the man said someone would be right with usAnother 15-go by and nothing so we leave to eat and come back since they made it seem like they were busyCome back again and a man greets us and we tell him that we're here to buy tile and he says, "Okay, go ahead and take a look around and I'll be right with you." We respond by telling him we already know what we want and he says, "Okay well I'll be with you in a minute." We get someone else to help us and it was the same lady as before, she told us that they didn't have the tile in stock and they would have to call and check pricingHere's the best part, she told us to call her in a few days to remind her to call their supplier(We didn't call, if they want to make a sale that's their job, yeesh!)Few days go by and they tell us that they have the tile in stock but still need to get a price(*sigh*)We call the next day times, no answerDay after that we call and they tell us that they're working on it and will call backThey don't call so we call AGAIN and they tell us again that they're busy and will call when they canThat is where we left off with themIt seems as if they only want to deal with contractors (large quantity orders) so for the little guy that wants to remodel their home, avoid this placeI will update this as soon as I hear back from themNot holding my breath
I went with my contractor to the anaheim location Picked out a vanity and topdays later the called to say they no longer have the top...I went back in and picked a new counter top....my contractor paid for it and went to pick it up a week later and they said it was gone None left I'd have to pick a new one However, I won't be going back there They are the hardest people to deal with and have the most complicated service They aren't helpful or friendly, as I was just told they sale a lot so deal with it
