It's absurd that they chose to talk about the timeline on a serviced car for one vehicle but not the other. There was no coolant leak per technician at [redacted] this a total fabrication from the original report. The vehicle was damaged by and employee at [redacted] in a fender bender this caused the radiator damage... there was nothing Independent about the Insurance company that came out to see the car. This problem exists and my car sits. It was determined that no fluids were added or replaced when serviced. This is disgusting and all over social media making certain that everyone knows the truth about this place.

After reviewing claim with insurance company and independent inspector. It has been determined that the leaks that occurred to the vehicle are not in any way related to the service work performed.
Mr. [redacted] contacted me and stated that we had recently serviced his daughters 1995 [redacted] and that there was no fluid in vehicle (service was done on 10/11/17 with a mileage of 102,157). He stated that he did not trust us to look at the vehicle and asked for it to be towed to a [redacted]...
dealership. We had the vehicle towed to Prime [redacted]. I spoke with three members of the service department that stated that the vehicle had 3 failures (head gasket, front seal and radiator). They informed us that these failures were not caused by the service performed at Best Chevrolet. After speaking again with Mr. [redacted] I told him that I would contact our insurance company. They sent out an Independent Mechanical Inspector to examine the vehicle. He found that the vehicle had a failure with an oil leak at the right side of the engine at the cylinder head gasket. [redacted] has a bulletin regarding issues of oil leak at the cylinder head. This may be relate4d to the oil leak in this engine. There was also a coolant leak found at the left middle area of the radiator. The Independent Inspector stated that these leaks appear to be due from age, and wear and tear of the vehicle and are not in any way related to the service work performed. In regards to the [redacted], the service was performed on 8/15/17 with a mileage of 94,814. Gasoline engines will not go for weeks or 90 miles without fluids in them. I explained this to Mr. [redacted] but he is not accepting my explanation.
