Review: I bought a used 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from BEST Cheverolet and within the past year of my ownership this vehicle had been in the shop due to head and motor issues now for the 3rd time BEST refuses to help me in any way because it's a jeep and not a Chevy. I get paid to use my vehicle for work and now my job is in jeopardy because BEST sold me a lemon that even the jeep dealership can't seem to get fixed. I can not depend on this vehicle to have to travel back and forth to work and especially out of town. How many times does this thing have to leave me stranded on side of the road before BEST does something about taking this vehicle back. At this point I can't even buy a new reliable vehicle because I'm stuck in this note for a car that can't stay on the road longer than a week at a time.Desired Settlement: I would like to return this vehicle and be refunded all of the money I had to spend on having this vehicle fixed so I can buy something that is reliable

Review: Dealership sold us a flooded vehicle & refuses to make good on the dealDesired Settlement: Replacement of similar vehicle

Review: I bought a BMW X5 from best Chevrolet on 02/10/2015 for $ 21,678.60. I must say it was a big mistake. first when I showed up on the 5th locating the truck for me to check out was a problem. The financial understanding with Mr. Fe[redacted] was not the same when I finally signed papers instead of 3.49% it became 4.99%, I was presented with wrong papers to sign, I pointed it out to Mr. f[redacted], it took him time to get the right paper work. once that was done we drove over to the main office to conclude the sale with the lady in financing. there she will not give me time to read through what I had to sign she said " if you take long to sign it will disappear and we will have to start all over again" I trusted her and signed everything only to realize latter the 3.49% I expected becomes 4.99%, that really didn’t bother me then. the truck had to be delivered the following Monday because on the day of the sale it was not detailed (cleaned), I wanted to walk away from the deal because I was feeling pressured to but the truck. they failed to deliver it and made it sound like it was my fault. It was delivered on Tuesday 02/16/2016 (7 days latter) I immediately noticed it was missing one key and temporal plates, I told Mr. F[redacted]dale about it. He assured me it will be In the mail as soon as he gets back to New Orleans. Latter I noticed the Spare tire and tire replacement kit was missing, I called him immediately he assured me everything will be taken care of. Since the 02/16/2016 it has been a problem I had called countless times and every time he promised he will call in an hour and never does and when I call he acts like it’s my fault. I have made over 30 call, even called and asked to talk to the Manager, even left a voice message on his answering machine not even a curtsy call back, and the receptionist hang up on me twice for insisting to talk to the manager.Desired Settlement: I want my key, the spare tire, and the tire replacement kit

Review: I purchased a used certified car from this dealership February of 2013. At the time of purchase, I also purchased a Premium Maintenance Service Plan for 36 months with a 48 months extended "Gap" coverage. My service plan application indicated 36 months and the amount I would be paying, which was tacked onto my car note. Upon receiving the actual agreement from SecureNet Protection Plans, it reflects 30 months, vehicle not certified and not mention of "Gap" coverage. I have called SecureNet three different times and spoke to a new person each time. They indicate they cannot do anything about this and that Best Chevrolet must correct the problem. Best Chevrolet tells me that they will research this and get back to me. I have called their store manager numerous times, he insist that he will take care of it for me. Now it is almost August and still they have not corrected the problem. Best Chevrolet also made an error on my registration, which took over four months to correct.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for. A 36 month term premium service maintenance plan with a 48 months extended "Gap" maintenance coverage and my vehicle shown as certified. I want a corrected contract. I want Best Chevrolet to correct their way of handling customers. I was a 25+ year customer. Never again. I will not even go back there for maintenance.

Review: On November 5, 2015, I contacted Best Chevrolet to request a refund of the unused portion of the GAP insurance policy I purchased in April 2013. I began corresponding with Mr. [redacted] via email because he had requested I come to the dealership to complete paperwork. However, I now live in Houston, TX and was unable to go there. He was able to make accommodations for me, and allowed me to scan/email the required documentation. I have email to attest to our communications. I was told on November 9th, the paperwork was submitted and I should receive my refund in 4 - 6 weeks. Six weeks was December 21, I have not received my refund. I emailed Mr. [redacted] around that time to inquire about the status of the refund. He asked me to contact [redacted] because she would be able to answer my questions. I called [redacted] multiple times and left multiple messages. She has not returned a single call. I emailed Mr. [redacted] again in hopes of assistance since I'd been unable to get a hold of [redacted]. He has not responded to emails, nor phone calls/voicemail.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the unused portion of the GAP insurance. A phone call really goes a long way. Customers don't like being blown off. :(

Review: I bought a used 2009 Chevy Traverse on May 10, 2013 and had to return it to Chevy to get the rack and pinon fixed on September 9, 2013. After they inspected my car they said that my warranty didn't cover what was wrong with the vehicle, I knew this wasn't true because I purchased the extended warranty. Come to find out they had the warranty typed in wrong well that was five days ago and they still don't have it straight. Then I was informed my tires were dry rotted. Remind you I purchased this car four months ago and they were suppose to inspect they whole car. They even keep my car extra days for this process. When I questioned the used car manager [redacted] he said there was nothing he could do for me. I expressed my disappointment in the final inspection and he totally brushed me off with saying " I'm not giving you new tires I will give you a $200 credit." Well that is the cost of one tire. I will never purchase another vehicle from Best Chevy again and will encourage others to do the same thing.Desired Settlement: New tires for my car and my warranty straight so my car can be fixed.

Review: I purchased a used Ford Mustang from Best Chevrolet on Monday, April 4th. On Thursday, April 7th, the car broke down and would not start at all. I brought it to Ford, since I was under the impression that it is still covered by the manufacter's warranty. I was told by the Ford dealership that the clutch and transmission were shot, and furthermore that the rear end had been rebuilt and there was no catalytic converter on the car. The mechanic guessed that the previous owner raced the car before trading it in to Best Chevrolet. I do not know how Best can, in good conscience, sell a car that they know has a rebuilt rear end and no catalytic converter and to top it off, does not even run right now. Also, the salesman led me to believe that the warranties were in full force and effect and now I find out from Ford that the car was tampered with and therefore I have no warranty at all.Desired Settlement: I want Best to take the Mustang and give me back my trade in. Just scrap the whole deal. The car I traded in for $4,400.00 is still sitting on their lot. I have been to the dealership every day for hours at a time since Thursday and the General Manager refuses to meet with me or discuss the situation. All I talk to are slimy salesmen who just keep trying to sell me a more expensive car.
