Review: I went to the dealership on August 15 to look at a vehicle I saw online at [redacted]. I saw a vehicle of interest. I was told they would try to get financing for me and asked for a money back deposit if the deal did not go through. I was contacted a few days later by the sales woman I met with and she informed me they found a bank that would provide the financing and asked for an additional money back deposit. The [redacted] had some engine issues I discussed with the sales woman during the test drive. she and the owners promised to have the vehicle completely serviced I decided to purchase that vehicle. I was attempting to transfer my Driver's license from NY to NJ to register and insure the vehicle, however I ran into some issues with the DMV. I decide not to purchase the vehicle and requested a full refund as they promised. At first I was told I would have to travel back to the dealership because they could not process a refund without my card. 5 minutes later I received a call from the saleswoman indicating the owners refused to refund my deposit because I did not purchase the vehicle. I never received a product or service and don't believe it's legal or ethical for them to steal my hard earned money. Buyer bewareDesired Settlement: Refund my money

This customer was told and he signed a contract that if he was " NOT " APPROVED BY OUR BANK, HE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND BACK ! HE AGREED, AND HE WAS APPROVED ! , contract clearly states no refunds !, he then asked us to hold it and we did for 2 WEEKS ! , the vehicle was serviced, cleaned and prepped for him at our expense. Then he called back and wanted it for less money than we agreed, we decided to accommodate him and take off another $500. HE AGREED AGAIN ! didn't hear back from him for days and we called him, he then asked for another $700 off the second time agreed price. and we said NO. we are entitled to our time and expenses !He was also told he has a full credit anytime. The reason he didn't buy this car was solely due to his drivers license issues, which has nothing to do with our dealership ! if he changed his mind within 24 to 36 hrs , and before we spent time and money on it, he would have been reimbursed. he jerked us around for 2 weeks and then tried to re-negotiate the price TWICE !he has a credit here anytime. thank you !
