Best Choice Bkpg & Tax Returns

This business has done my taxes for 10 years. This year my taxes have not been filed and they will not provide reasons or respond to phone messages.This company has all my 2014 tax documentation and information, including W-2 form. I have attempted to contact them since I realized my taxes were not filed this year on [redacted] as required and agreed to, but they will not return calls or the tax documents. I have reported them to the IRS and am following their advice on how to rectify this matter, which may result in fines or penalties for late filing of taxes and refusal to surrender the tax documents they hold and refuse to release to me as required by law.Desired SettlementI want my tax documents, specifically my W-2 form which they have had in their possession since [redacted] 2015, returned to me immediately so I can file my 2014 taxes without incurring further late fees and penalties.

After I returned home and went over the return, I noticed an error. I called her 19 times (literally) to tell her there was an error made and I needed an amended tax return. Only once in all of those phone calls, did I actually speak to a person. Her daughter, who is her receptionist, said she would have her mother call me. Of c[redacted]e, that phone call never came. I paid this woman $200 to complete my taxes and now I can no longer get in touch with her. She has blantly ignored my phone calls and my registered letter. I need to have an amended tax return completed, and since I have already paid for my taxes to be completed, I shouldn't have to pay anyone else to fix her mess!Desired SettlementI would like to have an amended tax return completed. Also, the public should know what type of person she is and the type of business she runs.
