We have rental property in a rural area of Somerset, CA and have had problems with other companies not wanting to travel that far out of Placerville proper and when they did come out we were left dissatisfied with the cleaning and the chargesI called Best Choice Carpet Cleaning and talked to James T*** he was very nice and told me that he would travel that distance to give an estimate Now let me tell you about what a total mess our renters left our carpets in The carpets were not the typical dirty carpets the most would expect We had all kinds of stains ranging from food, drinks, make-up, candle wax, cat and dog urine EVERYWHERE, plus a LOT of foot traffic due to the amount of guest and others living in the house that were not on the lease and we were not aware of…Just Horrible!
James took a look all around our three bedroom, two bath, plus loft and stairs and gave us a great estimate for all the work I knew that would be involved in attempting to clean this mess Best Choice Carpet Cleaning’s estimate was far less than any others that we have had out there to examine the same square footageWe discussed a day and time and James was there on time ready to get to work He had modern equipment and chemicals and said that he would do his best to get every stain out I know that he would have to work extra hard to tackle that mess…and to my amazement that is exactly what happened Not only did James clean our carpets, he pointed out places that the dogs and cats had done damage and some mold that was in the bathroom carpet that he treated with a special chemical that was not even on the estimate He went far and beyond anyone else that we have had out to clean our rental carpetsHe even left a pattern so that you could tell that the carpets had been cleaned, so when we go to show the place anyone can tell that they are indeed cleanI would highly recommend Best Choice to anyone and will ONLY use them again!
