My condo was a little cluttered at the time; it's hard to have a Pinterest-level condo and work long days and hoursBecause he had been so personable and awesome with the plumbing services, I decided to have his cleaning crew help me outBESTCHOICEEVER(No pun intended haha)
The energy in my condo is so much lighter and it's even cleaner than when I first moved in!!
His crew has immaculate attention to detail (something that I value very much), and everything-- literally everything-- looks 100x betterI've sent pictures to all my friends and family and nobody can even believe it's the same place!
If you live in the Valley and need any sort of cleaning or repair work done, def go thru this companyThey're also very upfront and honest about all costs and services done and will give you a heads up if something needs to be changed or will cost more, and then give you options so they're aren't any surprise costs/fees

Excellent work! Efficient, clean, respectful of my home and possessions, and a "can do" work ethic. Jose Vargas knows what he is doing, and does top notch work!

After many bids on some tile and painting for our rental property. I decided to go with jose v[redacted]. Which later I would realize was a huge mistake.
Our initial visit I was given a verbal rough estimate of about 5000. For tile and paint.
Our next visit was the formal estimate of over 8500.00 for the same job tile and paint. When I told home that the bid was too high he said well I can see what I can do.
Finally we agreed to 5400.00 he took the job and was going to start right away. First off he asked for more than half up front I was a little weary but he said he needed to pay the workers cash. I said ok,And went along.
All the initial things he promised were revoked. Cleanings he had promised, the integrity of the paint job was compromised, So badly they painted over food on a pantry wall.they bent frames on our ac vent covers. I called to ask about my concerns and all of a sudden all I got was attitude like I had hired a 10 year old. I tried to talk to him and sometimes he would hang up or not answer the phone at all.
The paint job was sprayed and mediocre at best. I was dissapointed but it got worse. I couldn't walk on the tile because it was being grouted. When I finally was able to walk on it alot of the tile we're beveled and not level with other tiles. Then I opened my downstairs closet and to my surprise it still had carpet. When I asked him what happened he said well you couldn't afford the 8500.00 so I had to cut corners. My whole thing is ...you couldn't tell me first?
It was becoming a nightmare I just wanted a decent job. Then he says he will need more money because he spent most of it on materials. Luckily I told him that wasn't a good idea, we agreed the rest would be paid upon completion of the work. Well he just lost it. His attitude was uncalled for. Telling me he guesses he will just pay out of his own pocket. Telling me to forget about it. I couldn't believe the treatment I was getting I didn't deserve it.
Finally on the day I was to meet for final inspection I got there early and tagged all my areas of concern so when he came I could just walk him thru and let him finish up.
Once I paid him his remaining balance he said oh your tile has a warranty for 1 year I asked him to send it in writing in an email. Needless to say I never heard from him after that. He took off soo fast he took my house key with him. I called him 7 times about 30 seconds after he left. He did not answer. Then I get a text saying he will send it in the mail because I will never see him again.
Wow. Don't be fooled by the nice guy routine, I was.
