Review: I had a patio poured and landscaping done to move water away from house. Now the problem is worse and I have water in my basement.Desired Settlement: I want this fixed $6,000 was spent on this project only to make matters worse!

This has been resolved
Removed rotted railroad tie retaining wall and rebuilt with stone.
Brett, the sales rep, came the same day I called for a quote to have retaining wall replaced. He was very friendly, explained project thouroghly, and answered all questions. He also kept in constant contact regarding the project which was appreciated. DJ and his crew were VERY professional, also answering any questions we had during the project, extremely respectful of us, our property and our neighbor's property. DJ seemed to supervise and work on the project as if it were his own home!
The wall ended up being a few inches higher than the previous wall, and when I called Brett after it was done, stating it needed more dirt/mulch, it was done without question. The wall is very beautiful with superb quality workmanship. I would absolutely hire them again, and recommend them to anyone who asks!
