I had a very positive experience with BCR I had hail and wind damage and basically needed a whole new roof BCR did the inspection, filled the claims and paperwork with my insurance, and made everything easy My insurance company sent out an adjuster who met with BCR, my claim was approved that day and the roof went on a month or two later Everyone I communicated with at BCR, from the initial inspector to the office staff to the roofers, was very professional and helpful They obviously have a rather large but clear well-organized operation, and I was impressed with how they handled communication and paperwork at every stage Also, my yard was cleaner after they finished installing my roof than before they started - was very impressed by that Great job BCR!
