Best Choice Water Heaters and Plumbing

I purchased a new tankless water heater from Best Choice and had them install it I was so impressed I felt I needed to write a review of my experience From the first request for a quote, to the speed of getting me that quote, to the time of installation, this company was on top of it and made my experience quick and easy They did professional work, answering all my questions, offering any additional assistance I might need and leaving my garage clean and tidy The price was also exactly where I expected it to be for this job based on feedback from others who have installed this unit Oh, and I am very satisfied with the performance of the unit versus my old tank Can't imaging living without it I was very happy and would highly recommend them for your tankless water heater needs

I was told $for a maintenance service and all I got was a diagnostic and a pushy recommendation to spend $*** on something I didn't need
I contacted Best Choice Water Heaters & Plumbing Incafter looking on the Noritz website for recommendations for service to my Noritz tankless water heaterThey were Noon the list and their address listed was a Pasadena address which was close to my houseI spoke with *** on 11/24/and said I needed my tankless water heater serviced which entails flushing/descaling and cleaning the burner*** quoted me $A service tech named *** showed up on 11/25/He had no tools except for a screwdriver on his belt and apparently nothing in his truck to do any type of maintenance on my water heater, I later found outHe unscrewed the panel and proceeded to tell me that from what he could see from his diagnosis that I needed to replace the entire unit for $***He said he could perform a maintenance service for $4XX-XXX another da

The Tankless Water Heater product is great; the Company Service questionable We qualified for a $Gas Co Rebate Made the mistake of waiting for the Company to inform us on what was needed to apply and receive this rebate When we confronted the Company, they told us the period for rebate had expired But that they would back date the installation date We completed the forms which need to be then signed by the installing company Enclosed a self-address envelope for the return We have heard nothing from the company Point of interest; the Installer of the Water Heater, and Independent, stated that he was done with the company, and would never accept another contract from them Very frustratingAnd to think they lied on their online website to be Revdex.com Accredited!
