We are sorry for the customers frustration but after he returned the product he then placed another order with us on 4/7/which we then used his in house credit of $It was not for the full amount since it states in our return policy that credit will be prorated based of number of cigars returned, in this case he returned out of the [redacted] variety samplerAt this time the customer said he wanted to have this as a credit towards his next order

The last time we spoke, we told her that the replacement package arrived in Chicago, IL and is currently on its way. I have also attached all of our email correspondence for your reference.  After, the replacement package was sent, the original package finally arrived Hong Kong. We then found out she wrote to the Revdex.com about this issue. Not sure why. So we then called her and left her a voicemail. We advised her that the original package finally arrived in Hong Kong and that the replacement package is on its way as well. We gave her the choice to keep both packages or have her boyfriend refuse the replacement package once that arrives and that if she has any questions to call us. We are sorry for the customers frustration but after he returned the product he then placed another order with us on 4/7/16 which we then used his in house credit of $26.24. It was not for the full amount since it states in our return policy that credit will be prorated based of number of cigars...

Review: On January 18th, 2013 I requested to be removed from the Best Cigar Prices promotional mailing list. On February 12th, 2013, I received yet another mailing and asked yet again to be remove from the mailing list. This week I received another, delivered to "[redacted]'s [redacted]" Current Address: [redacted]. P-[redacted]. I am now officially filing a complaint because not only do they not respond to my email requests to their Customer Support, but this non-response is refusing to remove me from their mailing list(s), as it now amounts to harassment. This business is being a poor steward of the earth's resources by continuing to send me catalogs despite my requests.Desired Settlement: I want to be removed from Best Cigar Prices mailing lists and I do not want them to rent, sell, or share my information with anyone else.
