I have had my vehicle less than monthsIt was my understand new or used cars are suppose to go through a thorough inspectionBoy was I wrong about this placeThe first day after purchase I was on the interstate and car starts shaking awfulI call bring it in it had bad rotors and breaksYes they fixed it at no charge, but that should have NEVER happened on the first placeHad it been inspected they would have known they were badWhat if something bad happened or my child was driving that So when I dropped it off I said to thoroughly inspect the vehicle cause I was leaving for vacationWhen I picked it up I specifically asked if it had been inspected in and out they said yes! Well not long before leaving on vacation the back window was not staying shutI took it back the guy said he would order the part and call meI waited and I called two weeks later and I was told it was at warehouse just waiting for it to arrive, they would callTwo weeks again passed I call now being told the part cannot be ordered the whole window had to be replacedAre you kidding me two lies in just a couple of monthsNow my main window has broken on driver sideI am beyond [redacted] I would NEVER recommend this placeThey lie and their vehicles suck, they are only out to make their commissionIt proves cause they would have known the issues and at least let the buyer be aware then it would be on them if they want to go through with the purchaseI would accept this from a buy here pay here, but a big name car dealershipUnexpectableI will NEVER buy their junk againI just imagine this happening to my child buying their first car or me buying it for themNo excuse for a business, we people's life can be in danger

I had an excellent experience at Fenton Nissan of Knoxville The sales associate who worked with me did a great job meeting my needs finding the perfect vehicle
He and his manager ensured that I received a fair price for my trade in vehicle
I have traded vehicles several times in the past...and usually it is quite stressful It was a breath of fresh air to be treated in a fair and low pressure way
I will definitely trade with Fenton Nissan again

The sales process took entirely too long, We should have walked out, but stuck with the process which ,lasted ALL afternoon longPersonally, I think making the process last awhile is a common strategy,
Bought a used truck with 14K miles on itAt the end of the day, they told me it was in the back being cleaned upIt wasn't any cleaner than during the test drive
Drove it off the lot to find the gas tank completely empty with the gas gauge warning light onWhen we put gas in, the engine warning light came on
Took it back in to Fenton, they cleared the light with no charge, but had no idea why it came on in the first place
Had indicated to the business office manager that I would apply for financing, but then I paid for the truck in full
Was called to pick up my tag and found that they had applied for the title showing a lien against the truck for the financial institution that I mentionedIt was a simple mistake that should have been caught by them before applying for the titleAgain, was left waiting for several minutes while trying to resolve this issue
All in all, not a positive experience in the least
If you want a Nissan, go somewhere else

I had a GREAT experience with Fenton Nissan. My transmission went out in my car and it was still under warranty and the employees at Fenton were so helpful in the whole process. Susan in the service dept was the best!!!! She was very understanding of my needs and worked with me and kept me updated on the progress of my car. I would recommend anyone with a Nissan to check them out for all your service needs.
I will be going back to buy my next car!!

I was shopping for a truck by looking on fenton nissans website just browsing on what they had not long after I received call before they opened it felt good from the start before I was going out of town to purchase but glad I chose Fenton great service people are very nice and did great on getting me the best deal especially [redacted] took very good care of while they worked out the deal.It felt great not to be pushed into anything its not like that every where
