Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While thier response contained no offer to resolve, it did restate thier position they dug in on while in the store The issue is, there are new stains (multiple) that were not on the blanket when originally dropped off I understand they did work on the blanket, but that point is moot for the fact that there are multiple and large stain that we're NOT on there when dropped off The last one that lead to us demanding it be replaced is a very large brown stain I caught them in a lie when I asked if he tagged every stain on the blanket upon bringing it back with the new stains after the first cleaning, why would this huge stain be clearly unmarked? That was the point he started to take off the tags and I grabbed the blanket and he told me to leave and 'go sue' him We have photos taken of when he was tagging the blanket while bringing it back and the new large stain that appeared after the second attempt at cleanongAdditionally, the trustworthiness of the business is very questionable as he changed parts of his story multiple times when being caught in a lie As explained, when pointed out there is a large clear stain that had no tag when he was the one to tag every stain before it was cleaned, he offered no response other than to try to take off the tags When dropping it back off after the first issue of mutliple new stains, he argues that he's never had any problems or complaints Researching, I find the attached review that is buried on Yelp under not recommended, but conveys an eeirily similar narrative of them lying, falsely accusing the customer of bringing it in with the stains and trying to keep the items and/or conceal evidence (removing tags) Clearly, he had not only someone with a similar issue, it was only about months before we had a similar experience, so his claims of never having an issue like that were flat out false Lastly, him claiming we said it was years old, then saying it was his staff who said it was years old when I confronted him that it was about 2-years old was another case of changing his story on the fly when caught in a lie.If he wishes to offer some sort of compensation, I am interested to hear, but simply responding with the same continued lies is nowhere near an offer to resolve Sincerely, [redacted] ***

A lady brought in a blanket that had some stains on itShe signed a wet cleaning releaseIn some conditions a standard cleaning will not do enoughThe release states certain stains cannot be removed, some fabrics may shrink, and ask for her permission to agree to the statements and agree to
the cleaningShe signed this on 3/9/We charged her $to clean itWe washed and redid it times and the stains would not come out using professional cleaningAt that point she wanted me to replace her blanketWe did not cause the stains, they were already there, we were just trying to remove themI was willing to give her a partial refund, I would not refund her whole charge because I spent multiple hours trying to clean itShe refused the partial refund
