The client complaint from *** *** regarding her damaged shoes has been resolved per our phone conversationI talked to her and deeply apologized for the delay in processing the requests for her $credit to her card and a $check for the damaged shoesShe did tell me she contacted her
bank but did not receive a response so we can go ahead and credit her card and issue the checkShe is happy with this resolution and didn't ask of anything else from us.Thank you,Tanya ***Best CleanersRetail Manager
