Please see below, this company is calling me, leaving voicemail, and emailing me I called Danielle today around 12:51pm I explained that I just received a voicemail from Dina she corrected me her name was Tina I told her there was a billing dispute, I asked if someone from billing was available she told me to hold on and she put Dave the owner on the phone I gave my name and said I have a billing dispute He told me I know who you are you called The Revdex.com on me I told him I did only because I called him weeks ago he was supposed to get back in touch with me and he never did and I called to report this dispute I was told he has no proof that I called I and left a message, I told him I couldn't it just tang and rand and didn't connect to the voicemail I also told him I had proof I called I have my cell phone bill which proves I called He basically called me a liar and said what do you want me to do erase the bill like it never happened I told him I called to cancel the night before but I couldn't leave a message, it just rang and rang I did what I was supposed to do, it's not my fault I know he had to run a business but I found another company to fix my plumbing emergency and I called prior to D&L coming out the day before to cancel The owner of D&L Plumbing is being a bully, he is calling me a liar, and this charge is unjust I can be reached at ###-###-#### Thank you for your time on this matter

The contract for backflow testing that we had with [redacted] was  not changed by anyone here at D & L Plumbing after it was signed and returned to us. However we do not want any hard feelings, so we will remove the $48.00 charge from her account.

Good morning. We did check all of our phone messages & had not received any call of cancellation from [redacted]. No voicemail, No emails, nothing. We told her it would be a trip charge of $52.00 for us to come since we had not received any cancellation. Have a great day!
