I am rejecting this response because:Though the eloquent nature of the rebuttal seems appropriate the fact remains once the screen was repaired access to medium or what might coin the term device has not operated properlyDue to this *** *** 5c service is no longer functional and has been subtracted from one possessions cause consequently the device in question has been smuggled or stolen in what desires to fathom was an event unrelated

passed our technician's test and was delivered to customer in perfect working orderAfter inspection, customer paid for the repair in fullHowever, because the wrong passcode was entered on the phone several times, the phone became disabled - a security feature on ***Marcus advised customer that this was not a screen issue but a security feature that only the owner of the phone or *** can assist withThere is nothing we (or anyone except ***) can do to recover his passcode that he placed on his phoneWe advised him to reset his passcode or visit an *** store for assistance. We're a bit perflexed on now why Mr*** is complaining about visiting a *** shop and having issues with a SIM cardWe do not provide *** service, nor did we provide any sort of sim tray repairThe actual service on his phone would be an issue he would need discuss with *** directlyThis would be equivelent to asking a auto repair shop to replace out the glass on a car windshield and asking for a refund because now his brakes no longer work.
