Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As expected, this is a complete fabrication of the story I would never ever yell or threaten anyone I would not break a piece of equipment on purpose I have phone records showing that I have no calls except on February 8, with his Service Technician where they offered to try and help me over the phone but the issue with the printing was still not resolved and I did appreciate the service rep taking time out to do thatWe had a very professional conversation and the service tech was awesome! I can produce all phone records showing no communication except through text messaging was received I am not going to feed into this response from this company but keep my professionalism I have since gotten rid of the dated equipment and have signed a new contract with [redacted] , who did an awesome job setting us up with a new copier Regards, [redacted] ***

Our contract clearly states that we are not responsible for her network at anytime She got a new router and DEMANDED that we come up and set up her copier again We said that we would have to charge for an IT charge She went ballistic screaming at me on the phone
I hung up on her Later she called back and said the copier was broke We told her that there needed to be somebody there between 9-5, like our contract clearly says She said she couldn't have anyone there until 4, and we said ok We tried times in a row, and nobody ever showed up Finally, on the fourth try she got there, and my service techfound that she had broken the copier on purpose to try to get us there to fix her network We told her that abuse is not covered, as clearly stated in our contract, and she would have to be charged for the repairs Again she went crazy threatening my service technician She then called me the next day threatening me, and I told her that I was evoking the clause in our contract that we reserve the right to cancel a contract at any time by our discretion I told her I do not feel safe sending my technicians in to fix her copier when she has threatened us, at the top of her lungs, multiple times That is exactly why we have that clause in our contracts It is completely her own fault I will be willing to refund her money for the contract, as long as she is willing to pay for the hourly price of our technicians trips to her location Our hourly rate is $75, with trips at an hour a piece, would be $300.We have been in business for years now without ever receiving a Revdex.com complaint Please let me know if any of this will be on our Revdex.com record for we will file suit to defend our companies pristine recordThank you!*** ***OwnerBest Copier Technologies
