In regards to the Mustang this customer found a guy off of craigslist named *** ***He had an agreement with this guy not Best Customs and CollisionAs this guy (*** ***) who worked, repaired, and painted his vehicleThe customer paid *** and was not happy with the workBest Customs then
did touch up where the customer was not happy of what *** did and had it buffed and detailed out through sublet contract through the detail shopAs the customer agreed and had it done we paid the detail shop We also have pictures of the finished vehicleThe customer started it was much better and he was happy with itAs far as the adapter goes again he needs to contact (***)We can not warranty work that went through a guy off of craigslistThe customer can reach *** *** at ###-###-####Thanks Best Customs

As on behalf of Best Customs and Collision yes we did take *** *** vechicle in fora lot more repairs then he had said that needed to be doneYes it has had some parts stolen offof it, but *** had signed a document that was given to him that we take no responsibility forfire, theft, or any

Somebody else welded the cage on the back of the truck.Whoever did that job is the one who needs to pay for the windowWe could not even get to the window for any damages to occurThat was NOT done by Best CustomsThe Customer *** provided us the links that go on the outside of the cage that was made only for semi's as customer was told and didn't careThe customer did not pay for an undercoat job so therefor was not doneThe only problem that was done was the hoodThe hood needed to be repainted as we told him to bring it back to be done as we warranty all of our workYes we did suggest to change the color as customer said silver shows everything as to a different color would not, but he proceeded with silver

The work was done in Best Customs Shop and Best Customs was paid. Not [redacted]. FYI, it was Facebook not Craigslist. This dispute is not closed.

We painted the truck and it looked great. When [redacted] picked the truck up he shorted Best Customs a $100.00 as well. We warranty all of our work. We told him to bring the truck back and have not heard from him. We do not offer refunds, however we will stand by our work and warranty any problems a customer may have. Thanks Best Customs

I paid Best Customs with a credit card that shows "Best Customs Powell Oh". See attached picture, can provide more detailed credit card statement if needed. I have pictures as well to the poor work of the mustang. [redacted] did the prep and Josh did the paint and clear coat but I paid Best Customs.

This response is a load of lies, I have many text messages
also to back my claims. May 25, 2016 the car was painted after 5 years at [redacted]
[redacted] shop, but he has still not finished the job completely. In his response he claims he hasn’t received
a payment from me in two years, I
have paid half of the bill and I am waiting on the completion of the Job. This proves my complaint against [redacted]
[redacted] and Best Custom and Collision, HE HAS DONE NOTHING TO MY CAR FOR MORE
THAN TWO YEARS AND THE REPAIR BILL HAS BEEN HALF PAID.
 I have never delayed
work on the car due to lack of money or being undecided on work needed to be
done. My records of pictures, video and text messages are VAST and I guarantee his
own words will show the mountain of lies he has told.
As of June 1, 2015 progress on the car has moved in a
positive direction after spending 5 years in his possession. [redacted] has
kept his word and replaced the items that were stolen from the car except for
the tail light wire connectors. [redacted] has replaced the parts that he
threw away by mistake and or lost (fuel pump, sending unit, and door and trunk
locks).
Work still needed on the car:
·        
Replace the body mounts with the new ones
purchased on 6/13/2011 (wow…for such a simple job what’s
taking SOOOOO LOOOONG!)
·        
Replace the tail light connectors vandalized BY YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES (if you can’t
control your employees they shouldn’t work for you).
·        
Seal the welds on the underside of vehicle
·        
Wet sand and finish paint job
·        
Replace weather stripping (delivered on June 11, 2016)
·        
Put the car back together
Yes progress has been made but the car is NOT ready for pick up.  I am more than ready to pay the remaining
balance on the car WHEN THE WORK IS
COMPLETE.

The customer just stated that [redacted] did the prep work to the mustang. As a result to poor prep your clear coat is peeling Best Customs is taking no responsibility and or warranty anything expecially after Mr. [redacted] wants to insult Joshua P[redacted]. We would repaint the mustang for an additional $4000.00. When paid to Best Customs on the credit card it went to [redacted] due to the customer was only able to pay that way instead of cash. As of today Best Customs considers this complaint Closed and can take it up with [redacted] that he found off of craigslist.
