I ordered a product from this company expecting to have it two days agoThey cancelled the transaction because one of their employees listed it to lowThis is not my fault! Hire better staff don't break a contract with the consumer who has been on active duty for the last yearsDon't get an attitude with the consumer....take it up with the person responsible
I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy in the year and also paid for warranty in thru handle recently broke from productThe product was Frigidare the handle was not coveredI was told that I would need to purchase another I was informed that I could not use my Best buy card to make this purchase even though, I purchased it with themThey informed me that I had to use a major ccto place my orderThey also said the screws for the handle were sold separately at $eachI never heard of such a thing most handles come with the screwsThere was no discussion on what this supposed warranty coversI eventually discovered if the item stops working totally that what it might coverIt does not even cover the rubber inside the fridge which opening and shutting can wear outI was very disappointed with this findingI felt that my husband was con into paying extra money for a coverage that we can not use when needed not cover anythingI usually deal with ***s for all my appliances and I still do to this day and they even do preventive maintenance Best Buy does not even offer that as a serviceThis is total disappointment in their appliance products so beware shoppersIt was a total let down they are truly gangster when it comes to dealing with the publicI will never buy another appliance with this store ever again
placed an online order at *** *** for a laptopused next day delivery for $and got the runaround for three daysit was shipping from texas to michigan so overnight could have been difficult, so why offer? sat and waited all day for delivery two straight daysthis is unacceptable$gift card offered by customer service is not what I wantedi wanted next day deliverydon't offer if you can't deliver
