My name is Tracy *** and I was the salesman on 2/23/regarding the full size bed sold to *** ***The pieces to the bed that I ordered were full panel HDBD/storage Ftbd #B580-& Full storage Rails #B580-I was unaware that the drawers had to be ordered separately #B580-
After several attempts to get the drawers they (husband & wife) agreed to pay $to order the drawersThe payment & order of the drawers was made by Jerry *** the other salesmanThe original quoted for the drawers was $Best Deal Furniture purchases special order items separately or piece by piece & this is where the confusion came from.T ***

When the customer originally called to complaint she was offered a full refund but insisted to keep the bed & wanted the drawersThe salesperson did not order the drawaers & the customer did not pay for the drawersThe items that were purchased were Full Panel HDBD/StorageFTBD #B280-& Full Storage Rails #B580-The owner states if the customer can produce an email from Ashley that states that the drawers should be included then he will refund the $they paid for the drawersThank You

She had only done what she was told by the business owner. The original quote for the drawers was $110. After several attempts to obtain the drawers (that we had already paid for in the cost of the bed), the price was dropped to $50. We had no choice but to pay the $50 in order to finish putting the bed together. I have enclosed screenshots of the e-mails from The Ashley manufacturer (where Best Deal. Furniture ordered the bed). These e-mails state that the drawers were to come with the bed and we should NOT have had to pay an extra price to receive them.

on 2/5/2018. She came 2/8/2018 requesting her 300.00 cash deposit on  Best Deal Furniture bill of sales it clearly  states ALL SALES FINAL NO REFUNDS we informed her we would give her a store credit. We made an exception to refund her 300 deposit we inform her it would take 7 work days to send her check via mail. The following day 2/9/2018 she came in decided not cancel so we delivered the white sectional the following saturday  2/10/2018. She called the following stating that the sectional was damaged we pick up the piece and send it  to our vendor for warranty . We delivered the piece of sectional to her . We truly apologize to Ms [redacted] and the problem has been taking care of. Best Deal Furniture Owner  Joe [redacted]

Review: A check was submitted for $1800.00 to best deal furniture to recieve furniture. The furniture store has been giving run around for past 2 months and when I went in person the store has been closed and the business never gave me furniture that was paid for. I have a copy of furniture requested on quote and copy of check with signature from owner that he recieved check.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund to get furniture requested and paid for.

The quote number for the furniture store is #[redacted] the check is made out to the furniture store Best Deal Furniture INc.and description of check states Housing Subsidy Furniture for- [redacted]. I am [redacted] the advocate at the agemncy who is trying to get this refund for the family. Thanks in advance [redacted] Family Advocate at Episcopal Social Services were check was made.
