I am writing to file a formal complaint against Best Deal Realty, Snejana 'Jana' H(sales associate) and Stoyko S(owner) We moved out of our the unit we were renting through Best Deal Realty on January 19th, We were instructed to leave the keys inside the home and that we would receive prorated rent for the month of January There were no additional instructions or concerns shared with us by Best Deal Realty or its representatives regarding our move-out On, January 23rd, we confirmed with Jana our forwarding address in anticipation of our security deposit and prorated rent to be returned to us On February 5th, (days after our move-out date), we again contacted Best Deal Realty via text message to Jana's personal phone (a number she has used with us previously to communicate information) stating that we had not yet received o

I have a property management agreement with Best Deal Realty, Tampa, FLSince Feb'18, I reached out to Jana H(H, SNEJANA) and (Stan S, SPETROV) owners of Best Deal realty several time by texting, email and phone call but no luck in get hold of them to pay March 'rent that they collected from tenant Till now no response on this subject or no payment is being made to me I just got an email from Jana couple of weeks ago from my constant request stating they are no longer doing property management business and asked my bank account to put security deposit that they collected from tenant Till now security deposit money or March rent is being deposited in my account or no communication when I can receive these funds
