We already exchange the full size mattress and box spring to the customer, the guaranty is on the mattress and box spring, the delivery is not included on the guaranty, on any defected matt/of box customer is responsible to bring it to the store for any exchange, in any time we have to go to
exchange any items to customer house we will charge for a delivery
I am rejecting this response because:The owner refused to take any of my 20 plus calls regarding this matter. Mr.[redacted] however sent verbal messages from his store manager . Stating I could take him so small claims court he didnt care. He also stated to contact the mattress manufacturer. Mr. [redacted] family member Mr. [redacted] sent me a message from his store to offer help but then referred me back. This company is run by thiefs and liars.
