Review: I ordered a 24 pack of Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA batteries from them through [redacted] on January [redacted]. The tracking number provided ( through [redacted] with final delivery by [redacted]) after shipment on February [redacted] on the [redacted] site showed an estimated delivery date of February [redacted]. When they did not arrive on the [redacted] I checked the tracking information again and it still only showed "Electronic Notification Received", so I went on the [redacted] site and sent a message to Best Deal Supply informing them of the situation and asking for an update. When I had not heard back from them on February [redacted] I again went on the [redacted] site and sent them a second message regarding the issue. Today (February [redacted]) I still had heard nothing back so I found their number and called them regarding the issue. I was told they had a systems issue and would have to call me back. Several hours later they finally called me back and informed me that my merchandise had been shipped to Pensacola FL in error but was being routed to me here in Minnesota and provided me with a different tracking number. The second tracking number no where indicated my address, MN or anything to do with me, nor anything about where the package is currently headed. When I questioned this, they told me everything is fine and my package is now on it's way to me, that it was all an issue with [redacted]. I have no belief that what they are now claiming is correct or that I will ever see my merchandise as they can provide no proof that what they are now telling me is factual in any way.Desired Settlement: I want the merchandise I ordered and paid for and have now spent hours trying to track down.
