At this time, I have been contacted directly by Best Direct Shipping regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They shipped the car finally however I have requested for them to get back to me in regards to overpay! Originally they quoted the...

price of 575.00 for the shipment with $200 to paid upon making the reservation and final pay of 375.00 paid upon delivery of the car. The driver who picked up the car however said he was told 575.00 is what we need to pay upon delivery. This looks like the original $200 requested was never mention to anyone and I'm still waiting for the re-imbursment for the overpay.
