This letter is in response to a complaint with an ID # of [redacted].The student was scheduled to drive her 1 Behind-The-Wheel lesson on 8/10/17 at 2:30. She was called the day before to be reminded and she confirmed that she would be here at the scheduled time.The student's statement that she was...

late for her 2:30 session is incorrect. She was not late, she did not show up for her scheduled appointment that day. After we called and left several messages on her voicemail, her mother called back at 3:30 to say that her daughter forgot about the lesson (even though we reminded her the day before). She then asked if we can pick her up at her house (which is about 20 mins away) leaving approximately 40 mins left on her allotted 2 hour drive time.Her mother was informed we don't normally pick up students at their house due to the fact drivers have set drive routes. She was also reminded that there is a $50 noshow fee without a 24 hour cancellation. We have to pay our driver even though their student did not show up for their drive. We have the form that the student signed confirming she was aware of this fee. Her mother steadfastly refused to pay the no-show fee. She was informed that our policy is that the fee must be paid prior to us rescheduling her daughter to drive.We are more than willing to reschedule and complete the student's Behind-The Wheel lessons once the $50 no-show fee is paid, which the mother has refused. Best Driving Academy has been in business over 15 years. We have an outstanding reputation for a quality Drivers Education experience here in Southern MD. We are very proud of this fact. This is the 1" time that I am aware of that we have had a customer complain to the Revdex.com.
