We have been opened for new business approximately 6 weeks ago. So far it has been good with very satisfied and happy customers. In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complain, here is my side of explanation. As Mr. [redacted] stated on the complain letter about the manager, I did meet him to explain the fact....

His first complaint was lettering on his coat was partially removed, I told him his coat has 3 different location of lettering/logo (2 are fairly new) and it wasn't my fault in process. I also explain to him with best of my knowledge, but was not convinced of the explanation. I told him can send it to the lab to find out the cause, he refused. His second complaint was the jacket was still dirty, I cleaned the jacket twice before his pick up. I told him if he can go any other cleaners to get that spot cleaned better than me, I will pay the cost. It seemed like he understood. He is very nice man and we did have polite conversation, and the understanding was mutual at the end. I have CCTV to back me up.Even though it's not at my fault, I don't mind giving him the refund of $8.15, at the same time 1 don't want it on the Revdex.com record that I paid out.
The refund of $8.15 will be issued to Mr. [redacted].

A few days after I wrote my last update to this complaint I did receive a check in the mail for $8. There was no note accompanying it. not apology for how I was treated and it felt like a brush off meant to meet the very basics of what I had requested while still trying to insult me and shut me and my complaint up. So yes I guess I have received a refund.[redacted]
