We have been opened for new business approximately weeks agoSo far it has been good with very satisfied and happy customersIn response to Mr [redacted] 's complain, here is my side of explanationAs Mr [redacted] stated on the complain letter about the manager, I did meet him to explain the fact His first complaint was lettering on his coat was partially removed, I told him his coat has different location of lettering/logo (are fairly new) and it wasn't my fault in processI also explain to him with best of my knowledge, but was not convinced of the explanationI told him can send it to the lab to find out the cause, he refusedHis second complaint was the jacket was still dirty, I cleaned the jacket twice before his pick upI told him if he can go any other cleaners to get that spot cleaned better than me, I will pay the costIt seemed like he understoodHe is very nice man and we did have polite conversation, and the understanding was mutual at the endI have CCTV to back me up.Even though it's not at my fault, I don't mind giving him the refund of $8.15, at the same time don't want it on the Revdex.com record that I paid outThe refund of $will be issued to Mr [redacted] If you have any questions, please call meŠung W**

A few days after I wrote my last update to this complaint I did receive a check in the mail for $There was no note accompanying itnot apology for how I was treated and it felt like a brush off meant to meet the very basics of what I had requested while still trying to insult me and shut me and my complaint upSo yes I guess I have received a refund.***
