Review: Placed order and paid $50.84 for DVD box set 08/15/15. was told by e-mail item was shipped 08/18/15. it is now 09/01/15 have not gotten the items ordered and I have sent several e-mails to find the order or get info on this matter but the seller refuses to answer any of my e-mails and I have no other way to contact the seller. Review: I placed an order with this company (order # 4037) on 2/16/14. When I finally received this order it was not what it was advertised to be. The episodes were to be in chronological order and they were not. Several episodes would not play. I was unhappy with the order so I returned it. according to the USPS tracking number [redacted], this order was delivered to their post office box on march 14, 2014. I have contacted the company several times about the return of my money and they have not contacted me at all. All I want is my money returned ($55.59)since this product was not as advertised and their return policy is clearly outlined on their web site. The shows have been recorded from various tv stations. This, in my opinion, is such poor quality, that I did not want to pay for it. I have never dealt with such a poor company. I would advise anyone to never order anything from this business.Desired Settlement: I want my money--$55.59 returned

Review: I ordered the Mama's Family DVD box set last Wednesday. They advertise on their website that they ship within 2 to 3 days. It's been a week and I haven't gotten a email stating when my order will be shipped the only email I got from them was a confirmation email with a number. I tried contacting them from their website, but haven't gotten a response back yet that was 2 days ago. They already took the money out of my account. Review: I ordered the Different World DVD collection on 1/25/16. As of 2/14/16, the order status was Awaiting Fulfillment which was after the promise of the order being shipped by 7 business days. On 2/15/16, the order status was changed to Completed, however, no shipping information was given and still hasn't been given.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded (which I've already notified my credit card company), this website to be shut down PERMANENTLY and the perpetrators behind this website to be prosecuted.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I feel that their practices, if not illegal they should be. They advertise a product, allow you to purchase it in good faith, promising a quick delivery and then they shout down. It is impossible to contact them they give no phone number and only response you get from e-mails are way to change your user name or password. I have received nothing from this company except, aggravation, insult, and a loss of funds. the number listed on this web site is to a Fax machine, and the number they gave my credit card 888-762-5432 is to a car dealership.
