I do not accept this offerWhen calling them the manager promised to call me back never did..I explained to her I was to catch a flight inhours at lax when my call was not returned I had to book a new flight there fore costing me hundreds more..I explained that to [redacted] the manager and she argued and said I never told her of the flight She cursed me and allif I were in person the out come might have been rather differentIt was dollars and I think they owe me for my hardship

We had fax this over on 10/27/16 at 6:35 pm Crystal Belt had made a reservsation and it has stated must make cancel with 24 hours in advance other wise will be charged of 1 day customer didnt call tell the day after reservation with booking.com we had ran the the credit card as no show

I do not accept this offer. When calling them the manager promised to call me back never did..I explained to her I was to catch a flight in4 hours at lax when my call was not returned I had to book a new flight there fore costing me hundreds more..I explained that to [redacted] the manager and she argued and said I never told her of the flight . She cursed me and all.. if I were in person the out come might have been rather different. It was 56 dollars and I think they owe me for my hardship
