Review: I took my 2011 Buick Enclave through the car wash on the evening of July 17, 2014 at the Little Chute location @ 1914 Freedom Road. I hand washed the vehicle on July 26 and noticed that the passenger front rim and passenger rear rim are scratched, the front one more than the back one. I called Best Wash and talked to [redacted] and explained about the rims being damaged to my vehicle she told me that I must have been too close to the rail in the car wash. The rail in my opinion should not damage the rims but should push or move the vehicle over, she told me that the rail was doing it's job. In conversation with a friend he told me that he had the same issue with the same car wash with his vehicle, resulting in the car wash filing a claim against their insurance company and replacing the damaged rims.Desired Settlement: Replacement of damaged rims on my vehicle.

I did talk with the consumer regarding his rims being scratched. I told him this is a self serve car wash, he drove his vehicle in the wash under his control, so did he drive too close to the guide rails which are smooth or did he hit a curb parking his car somewhere else. He did call a week or so after washing his car. Again this is a self serve car wash.
