There is no way that this car wash caused this problem. Water hitting a emblem on a pick up truck does not make it fall off. This is a touch less car wash. The only thing touching your car is water and air. We also have signs posted warning...

that we are not responsible for any damages. There have been a million ford trucks through this wash without the emblem falling off.
This consumer was so out of control about this that I had to ask her to leave with the threat of calling the police. This consumer verbally assaulted our employees.
