We did not Fix the Siding last Thursday or Friday because it was Negative below out and we would break more siding than the pieces that need to be replacedSome one will be out in the next week when we have a warmer day it need to be at degrees so the siding pops off easier

Am not sure why he is contacting you I have attached the contract he signed it clearly states the sides of contract we did I can not even buy the amount of contract and gravel for the one price so we sure would not sell the job to lose money The next step we will be making

We will be out there this week to replace the pieces of siding I did not think it was that urgent I had to wait on the pieces to come in and than it has been so cold we were waiting for it to warm up so we didn't break any more pieces as siding is so brittle in the old weather but we will
have it fixed by this Friday

after some severe storms / tornado ripped through my town, I was having trouble with my insurance company wanting to pay out for all the damages to my property. the insurance adjuster questioned everything on whether it was there before the storm and kept saying that I could just do the work myself. He was telling me that I could just take a piece from here to put over there and expected me to put a different type of siding on the back of my garage because the siding on my house was no longer available, saying that it was just the back of my garage, nobody sees it and it was just the way they do things. I felt disrespected and as if I were being taken advantage of. It was a miserable and exhausting experience. If I would have let them have their way I would have ended up with just enough funds for me to do a patch job. I had a couple stragglers working for other contractors offering their assistance but soon found out they were just after the insurance money with little interest on my behalf. My neighbor had his garage totally replaced, concrete slab and all and his house fixed up by "Best Exteriors & Home Improvements" before I had even reached a settlement. So I took a walk over as they were finishing up and had a conversation with [redacted] and from that point on I didn't have to worry about a thing. [redacted] & [redacted] took care of everything from dealing with my impossible insurance company to helping me pick the materials. Their men do excellent work with attention to detail and were very courteous, continually asking if I had any questions or concerns. My house looks new again and I couldn't be happier. I will always go to "Best Exteriors & Home improvements" for any of my home renovations or repairs and would recommend them to anyone.
