I purchased a ticket online on December 18th for use by my mother in law to come from[redacted] to [redacted] to visit her grandson. I purchased the Travel Insurance policy with the ticket, but I never received a confirmation email with the trip ID attached, just a travel itinerary. I have to make changes in the travel day, and the customer service will not respond at all. I have been placed on hold for almost two hours. I sent several emails asking the company to contact me, and no one is responding at all.
