Review: We spent thousands of dollars last year in repairing our yard. We put in a French drain that has caused more problems and more water in our yard than we first had. One tree in front of the house is dead, and a lilac bush I think was put in dead, it never looked good from the beginning. We have been calling since last year to have someone come back and please look over the situation. Matt, the man who did the design and set the work up, did come once this year and left with no answer to our questions or concerns. My yard is like a swamp, I am very concerned about the damage it may be causing in the yard. I feel that Matt has been avoiding us, I in turn called the manager Dwayne. I left him two messages with phone numbers to call back and have not heard anything yet. That was more than 10 days ago. I understand that this is a busy time of year, but I do believe if you run a business you should do it honestly and complete it in a manner that is true to the paying customer. We paid our more than $10.000 bill, they had no problem cashing that. I would greatly appreciate any help you may provide me. The water is causing more problems and I am concerned about it. Thank you so much, I look forward to a resolution in this problem. Desired Settlement: Replace or fix French drain first and for most. Replace dead tree and lilac bush. Since water is causing yard damage, fix that as well.
