Product ordered and never received. Credit Card charged. Requesting full credit to my card.
On November 30, 2018, I ordered 3 coin money banks for my grandchildren for Christmas. On December 16th, I emailed the company and inquired as to the status of my order and was given a tracking number. When I tracked the package, it indicated that it went to Chicago and was then sent to an address in Atlanta. I know absolutely no one in Atlanta!! In fact, I live roughly 40 miles south of Chicago so I'm not sure how the package wound up in Atlanta. I asked why my package went from Chicago to Atlanta only to be told that my tracking number is being updated now. The following day, December 18, 2018, I tracked the package and found that it was delivered to a Georgia address. I called the company several times and no response. At that time, I requested via email that they cancel my order and credit my account. On December 21, 2018, I received an email from the Customer Service Manager "Cynthia" telling me that they were trying to figure out what happened with my order and that they would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours with an update. I thanked the Manager for her assistance. I never received a package from them, nor did I hear from them via email. On January 9, 2019, I discovered that my credit card had been charged for the order I did not receive. I emailed them and told them that I was going to dispute the payment if I didn't receive my order within the next 5 days. I never heard from them again.

Product not delivered. Payment with credit card cleared my account.

Christmas gifts totaling $41.79 were ordered online on Nov. 25, 2018. Received e-mail confirmation for order #1482 at that time. Received an apology for the delay on Dec. 29, 2018 from Cynthia of Best Discounts Universe. I have e-mailed and called several times since then with no response. "...I will make sure to send you an email with all of the information on your order. Thank you so much for your patience sweetheart and enjoy the rest of your day. Cynthia" That was a month ago.

Ordered item on 11/25/18.Have not received my order.
On 11/25/18 I ordered an item from Best Discounts Universe. It was a dog bank.Contacted them on 12/11/18,1/6/19,&1/15/19 by e-mail. No response. Called on several times and left message .No response . Order number 1473.

I ordered a child's bank on December 19, 2018I inquired about the status of my order on December 30, 2018. I received an email on January 2, 2019 from Cynthia the manager, asking for 24 to 48 hours to research our order. I emailed them again on January 7, 2019 since I had not heard anything from them. No response. I emailed again on January 19, 2019. No response. I emailed again on January 20, 2019. No response. I received my December credit card statement and they have charged me for that item and I have never received it and they refuse to even respond to my inquiries. They have a Facebook page and I see that several other people have been cheated the same way.
